About Elite Phlebotomy Training

At Elite Phlebotomy Training, our mission is to provide comprehensive education and hands-on training to aspiring phlebotomists. We strive to equip our students with the skills needed to excel in the medical field.

Meet the instructors!

 

   Matt Nagelbush’s career journey began outside the medical industry, rooted in sales. After dedicating 15 years to sales, he transitioned to entrepreneurship, launching a small business. He pursued his passion for healthcare as a phlebotomist. In 2010, he earned his phlebotomy certification from Brookline College and began his phlebotomy career. After some years he acquired ownership a mobile phlebotomy company. Later he sold that company and started a new one. That company became a benchmark for excellence, known for its highly skilled staff and cutting-edge solutions. In early 2024, Matt retired  to focus on a new passion—helping individuals achieve their health goals.


In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Matt is an exceptional phlebotomy instructor renowned for his dedication, expertise, and engaging teaching style. He blends in-depth technical knowledge with a patient and approachable demeanor, creating a learning environment that empowers students to excel. He is committed to staying current with advancements in the field and incorporates these updates into his instruction. He also emphasizes the importance of empathy and professionalism, ensuring his students are well-equipped to deliver outstanding patient care.

 

Alyson Ellis has always been passionate about the medical industry, turning her ambition into a distinguished career. After graduating from Brookline College in 2011, Alyson began her journey in phlebotomy, where she quickly demonstrated her dedication and skill. She excelled for over six years, consistently managing high patient volumes and perfecting her technical expertise by drawing over 60 patients daily. In pursuit of greater leadership opportunities, she took a new role, where she took charge of all aspects of lab operations, including supervising technicians, optimizing procedures, training staff, and enhancing workflow processes. Her innovative leadership significantly improved operational efficiency, and the quality of service provided.


Driven by her passion for teaching and mentoring, Alyson founded Elite Phlebotomy Training to share her extensive knowledge and success with aspiring medical professionals. She provides students with a comprehensive understanding of phlebotomy, emphasizing not only technical proficiency but also the professionalism and empathy required for a successful career in the medical field.

The course is $799 and include the price for all your supplies, study materials and the national exam.  Our classes are small and personalized to meet your needs.


Currently we do not offer or take any of these.  It is something we are looking into.


  

Cancellation and Refund Policy

· Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund.

· Cancellations requested more than three (3) days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and beforethe Course Start Date, will be eligible for a full refund, less the Tuition Enrollment fee of $200.

· Once the Course has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


At this time, we do not.  Our program is not long enough for provide an externship or job placement.  It does get you certified and prepared to draw blood!


  

Student Grievance Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear, fair, and transparent process through which students may lodge complaints or grievances related to their educational experience, and to ensure timely and effective resolution of such issues.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all students enrolled and covers grievances related to, but not limited to:

  • Academic      concerns (e.g., grading disputes, unfair treatment by instructors)
  • Discrimination      or harassment
  • Student      services
  • Administrative      decisions or procedures

3. Guiding Principles

  • Confidentiality:     All grievances will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Fairness      and Impartiality: All parties will be treated fairly and equitably.
  • Non-Retaliation:     Students will not face retaliation for filing a grievance in good faith.
  • Timeliness:     Grievances will be addressed in a timely manner.

4. Informal Resolution

Students are encouraged to first seek informal resolution by discussing the issue directly with the individual or department involved, if they feel safe and comfortable doing so.

If the issue is not resolved informally, the student may proceed with the formal grievance process.

5. Formal Grievance Procedure

Step 1: Submission of Grievance

  • The      student must submit a written grievance to Monica Morales at      support@elitephlebtraining.com within 30 calendar days of the incident.
  • The      grievance must include:
    • The       nature of the complaint
    • Date(s)       and relevant details
    • Any       evidence or documentation
    • Desired       resolution

Step 2: Acknowledgment and Review

  • The      grievance will be acknowledged in writing within 5 business days.
  • A      designated official will review the grievance and may request additional      information or conduct interviews.

Step 3: Decision and Resolution

  • A      decision will be made within 15 business days of receipt of all necessary      information.
  • The      student will receive a written response outlining the findings and any      actions taken.

6. Appeal Process

  • If      dissatisfied with the outcome, the student may appeal the decision in      writing within 10 business days of receiving the decision.
  • The      appeal must state the grounds for the appeal (e.g., procedural error, new      evidence).
  • A      final decision will be issued within 15 business days, and no further      appeals will be considered.

7. Record Keeping

Records of grievances and resolutions will be maintained securely by the Elite Phlebotomy Training, LLC for a minimum of 1 year.

8. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed every 3 years or as needed to ensure it remains current and effective.
